Citizenship

Took my oath or rather affirmed my loyalty to the Queen. I have mixed feelings about it now - how British am I? Personally still feel Indian at heart with divided loyalties. But should that be the case, I took up the citizenship on my own free will rather than being given due to an uncontrollable act of birth. The more I think about it, the more I feel it to be just an act of convenience - to get a passport which allows me to travel freely across the continent.
One friend asked a very pointed question - what happens if India and UK go to war, I did not have an answer other than saying well renounce my British Citizenship and go back to India, but I am sure that day (the war I mean) would never come. But now in the World cup season, I have a team to support: Come on England.
